It is very sturdy and well made with some blemishes from previous use. It only comes with the hardware shown in the photos.

Please be advised that this will be freight delivery to the Continental United States. Freight shipping is not the same as ground. Residential shipping is curbside, they do not bring the item inside. We will need a contact phone number we can give the freight company. This item is too large for a delivery lift gate you will need a way to get it off a semi truck.
